Shipping Policy
Shipping costs are paid for by the customer and calculated in the shopping cart. Typically, Ti ships orders within 2 business days, using the most cost effective service for the product and location. Expedited shipping, such as Next Day Fed-Ex is possible, but will require additional shipping charges. Please contact our sales staff with any specialty shipping needs you may have.
Return & Exchange Policy
If there is any problem with your order, or you are dissatisfied in any way with the purchase, please reach out to Ti Sales by phone or email.
